Human Service Worker I

QualificationsBachelor's degree in social services or criminal justice field.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for client supervision and program operations, usually during the overnight hours. Implement all Agency policies and procedures pertaining to the safety and security of the clients, Agency property, and the community.

Human Service Worker II

QualificationsBachelor's degree in the social service or criminal justice field and at least one of year demonstrated experience in the social service or criminal justice field.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all aspects of client supervision and program operations. Implements all Agency policies and procedures pertaining to the safety and security of clients, Agency property and the community. Facilitate counseling, advocacy and support for clients.

Case Manager

QualificationsBachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in the social service or criminal justice field. One year of demonstrated experience in the social service or criminal justice field.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for general case management duties including intake assessment, individual and group counseling, case record management, discharge preparation and aftercare services for all assigned clients.

MST Therapist

QualificationsMaster's degree in social services or a related field and two years experience in social work or clinical treatment. Social Work or other clinical license is preferred.
ResponsibilitiesProvide community based treatment for youth and family with complex clinical, social and educational problems. Emphasis is on promoting behavioral changes in the youth's natural environment. Problems are identified for change and strengths are used to facilitate change.

Substance Abuse Counselor

QualificationsBachelor's degree in social services or related field and three years experience in substance abuse. License or certification required or eligible for licensure within one year of hire.
ResponsibilitiesProvide assessment, individual and group counseling treatment for selected substance abusers in residential and out-client settings. Acts as resource to clients and their families in the area of substance abuse.

Program Director

QualificationsA Master's Degree plus three years experience, or a Bachelor's Degree and five years experience in the social service or criminal justice field. Three years experience in management and supervision of staff. Educational requirements may be substituted with experience on a year for year basis.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the management of all program services and operations. Principle areas of supervision include: personnel, policy and procedure, program development and fiscal management in a community corrections program.

Community Service Coordinator

QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree plus one year experience in the Social service or criminal justice field. Educational requirements may be substituted with experience on a year for year basis.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all aspects of client supervision and program operation. Implements all Agency policies and procedures pertaining to the safety and security of clients, the program and the community. Coordinates and develop community service project efforts. Position is directly responsible to Program Director/Coordinator designee.

Shift Coordinator

QualificationsBachelor's degree plus two years experience in social service or criminal justice field. Educational requirement may be substituted with experience on a year for year basis.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for oversight of shift activities and all aspects of care and safety of children or adolescents and program operations. Implements all Agency policies and procedures pertaining to the safety and care of clients, Agency property and the community. Provides safe child caring environment while facilitating counseling, advocacy, and support.

Operations Assistant

QualificationsA High School Diploma and one year experience in social services, corrections, or security. A valid driver's license is required.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all aspects of client supervision including monitoring of program activities and clients transportation. Implements all Agency policies and procedures pertaining to the safety and security of clients, the program and the community. Reports directly to the Program Director/Coordinator.

Clinical Supervisor

QualificationsA Master's Degree and a minimum of three years experience or a Bachelor's Degree and five years experience in the fields of substance abuse and/or mental health including experience with adolescent or criminal justice populations. Current licensure or license eligible as an independent clinical social worker. Three years experience in managing and supervising staff is required.
ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Supervisor reports to the Program Director or designee and is responsible for providing overall clinical support to the Program. Responsible for coordinating, training and ongoing clinical supervision for existing and new program services.
