December 2011

Congratulations to Jill Hoch, CSI's 2011 Employee of the Year!

Jill Hoch, Pennsylvania Program Director, was nominated for Employee of the Year by six of her Program Supervisors. Jill has worked with CSI for over nine years; beginning as a Clinical Supervisor with one MST team comprised of 3 therapists that serviced one County with a single referral source. Through Jill's excellent leadership, the Pennsylvania programs now service 11 Counties with over 40 employees who work with 28 referral sources. Her staff's nomination focused on her repeated ability to demonstrate that she is a true team player. Jill has helped out many programs and always accepts additional responsibility in the spirit of benefiting the entire CSI agency. Her nomination was supported by several key stakeholder letters again recognizing her dedication and commitment to serving youth and families and her exceptional attitude and optimistic disposition.

The purpose of the John Stein Memorial Employee of the Year Recognition Award is twofold:
  • To recognize outstanding employee contributions towards achieving the mission of Community Solutions Inc; and
  • To continue the memory of a colleague whose service to Community Solutions and friendship to all should not be forgotten.
This award was especially meaningful to Jill because of the special relationship she had shared with John Stein. John had been her supervisor, mentor and friend. John's memory lives on and continues to impact the success of the Pennsylvania programs.
